Pairing works like connecting a Bluetooth headset.

• If the ring has no saved Bluetooth connections, it automatically enters advertising mode and appears in the device’s Bluetooth list.
• If the ring already has saved connections, it first tries to reconnect to one of them. To pair a new device, manually enter advertising mode with 2× Tap, then Press and Hold the Modstrip.
  

Then:

1. Open Bluetooth settings on your device.
2. Select Prolo Ring from the available devices.
3. Confirm pairing.

Once connected, Prolo works as a standard Bluetooth HID input device.

Prolo Ring can remember up to three paired devices, but it connects to only one at a time. This prevents accidental input from being sent to multiple devices.

To switch to another paired device, perform 1× Tap, then Press and Hold the Modstrip. The ring will disconnect from the current device and reconnect to the next saved device.

Yes. Prolo works alongside your existing mouse and keyboard without interference. It acts as an additional input device, letting you use cursor control, gestures, shortcuts, and macros without replacing your current setup.

Use a standard USB Bluetooth adapter. Once the adapter is installed and recognized by your operating system, pair Prolo Ring through the computer’s Bluetooth settings as usual.

Unused gestures and modes can also be disabled for a simpler, more reliable setup. When the ring is not needed, you can lock it completely and unlock it again with a tap-and-hold on the Modstrip.

Yes. Two rings can connect independently to the same host device, similar to using multiple input devices.

For example, one ring can handle cursor control while the other provides shortcuts, or both can be configured for dual-hand shortcut workflows. The rings do not communicate or synchronize directly with each other.
