Orders and Preorders

• By placing an order, you authorize payment for the listed amount.
• Preorder delivery dates are estimates and may change based on production schedules.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for suspected fraud or misuse.

Product Use and Licensing

• The Prolo Ring hardware and software are licensed, not sold.
• The Pro license allows custom gesture and macro creation for personal use.
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of firmware or software is prohibited.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• 1-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
• Software performance may vary by operating system and version.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, firmware, and content on this site belong to CG Technology Corp.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
