Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about compatibility, AI Push-to-Talk, device switching, setup, sizing, and choosing the right Prolo Ring.

Does Prolo Ring work without installing drivers or software?
Yes. Core cursor, scroll, keyboard, media, navigation, and Push-to-Talk controls work through standard Bluetooth HID, so no driver or software installation is required for normal use. Prolo Studio is available when you want to customize supported gestures, actions, macros, and profiles.
What devices does Prolo Ring work with?
Prolo Ring works with compatible computers, phones, tablets, smart TVs, and XR devices that support Bluetooth HID input. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone, iPad, and Android. It can also trigger supported shortcuts and automations on connected systems. Available controls may vary depending on the device or app.
How does AI dictation and Push-to-Talk work?
Prolo Ring can trigger Push-to-Talk, dictation, and AI shortcuts on your connected device using a ring gesture. The ring itself does not contain a microphone—your computer, phone, headset, or other connected device handles the voice input. This lets you start dictation or AI commands with less reaching and less typing.
How do I choose the right ring size?
Because Prolo Ring has a wider band than a typical ring, regular jewelry sizing may not always be accurate. We recommend confirming your fit with the Prolo Sizing Kit or 3D-printable sizing tool before fulfillment. Size reducer shims are also included for small fit adjustments.
What is included in the Special Edition Set?
The Special Edition Set includes two Pro Edition rings with Pro-level customization, charging cases, custom engraving, premium packaging, certificate, collector card, gesture pin set, and accessories. It is designed as a premium two-ring setup for sharing, dual-ring use, gifting, or collecting.
Can I switch between multiple devices?
Yes. Pair Prolo Ring with multiple compatible devices, then use Tap + Hold to switch between them without repeating the Bluetooth pairing process. Move between your computer, phone, tablet, smart TV, or XR device while keeping the same familiar controls on your finger.
When will my order ship?
After your final size and color are confirmed, most Prolo Ring orders are processed and delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.
