This sizing kit provides the most reliable way to confirm your Prolo Ring fit — no special tools needed.
How to use

Wear it at the basePut a sizing ring on the base of your dominant index finger, left or right.

Face the ModStrip upwardThe ModStrip is the narrow rectangular touch area. It should sit on top of your finger.

Test during normal useWear it for a full day if possible, or at least a few hours. Finger size can change with temperature and activity.
What you’re aiming for
Secure but comfortableIt should not slide off when you tap, use it, or relax your hand. It also should not squeeze, leave pressure marks, or feel uncomfortable when you bend your index finger slightly.
Go up a size if it feels tightIf it becomes uncomfortable after extended wear or is difficult to remove, choose the next size up.
Fine-tune with reducersFinal Prolo Rings include three 0.5-size reducer shims. You can stack them for up to 1.5 sizes of adjustment.
Wear vs. Measure
You may use Prolo Ring at the base of your index finger or closer to the first joint. For sizing, always measure at the base of your index finger — it is the most secure reference point and gives the best long-term fit.
