Prolo Ring Sizing Kit (10-Ring Set)

How to use

1. Put a sizing ring on the base of your dominant index finger (left or right).
2. Make sure the ModStrip (the narrow rectangular touch area) is facing up on top of your finger.
3. Wear it for a full day (or at least a few hours) during normal use—finger size can change slightly with temperature and activity.

What you’re aiming for

1. Secure but comfortable: It shouldn’t slide off when you tap/use it or when your hand relaxes, but it also shouldn’t feel like it’s squeezing or leaving pressure marks when you bend your index finger slightly.
2. Final Prolo Rings include three 0.5 size reducer shims so you can fine-tune the fit. You can stack these to achieve a total adjustment of up to 1.5 sizes.
3. If it feels too tight or becomes uncomfortable after a while, go up a size.
   

Please ensure the ring is not too snug during extended wear. If you have any difficulty removing the ring or find it uncomfortable at any point, we recommend going up a size.

Wear vs. Measure

You could use Prolo Ring at the base or closer to the first joint of the index finger.  
But for sizing, always measure at the base—it’s the most secure reference point and ensures the best long-term fit.
