How It Works

  1. Open the Prolo Studio app, connect your ring, and write down your Prolo Ring MAC Address.
  2. Enter your Prolo Ring MAC Address during checkout.
  3. After your order is processed, your ring will be approved for the Pro upgrade.
  4. You will receive an email with the upgrade link and instructions.
  5. Visit the upgrade page, connect your ring, and apply the Pro upgrade.

Important

  • Requires the latest firmware 1.0.3+2. Upgrade your firmware first.
  • This is a digital upgrade. No physical item will be shipped.
  • One upgrade applies to one Prolo Ring only.
  • The upgrade is linked to the MAC address you submit and cannot be transferred to another ring after activation.
  • Please enter the MAC address shown in Prolo Studio.
