We want you to be satisfied with your Prolo Ring purchase.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Opened or used hardware may incur a 15% restocking fee.
• Digital licenses (software activation codes) are non-refundable once activated.

Procedure

1. Email support@proloring.com with your order number.
2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
