Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. 
• Orders with customization are based on manufacturing schedule.

Delivery Times

• After final size and color confirmation, most Prolo Ring orders are processed and delivered within 10–20 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and local delivery conditions.
• Sizing kits and final Prolo Ring orders may arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery times.
• Tracking may occasionally remain unchanged while a package moves between transit checkpoints or completes customs processing. A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean the shipment has stopped moving.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, transportation availability, weather, holidays, and local-carrier conditions may extend the delivery time.
